Plan a month of useful business content

A working checklist for small teams preparing their next digital project.

1. Collect real questions

Start with questions customers actually ask. Keep personal details out of public examples and mark any unanswered point for review.

2. Give each week a purpose

Use one week to explain a problem, another to show a practical process, a third to answer a common question and a fourth to explain the next step. Change the mix when evidence suggests a better approach.

3. Match the format to the point

Use a short checklist for a quick decision, an article for a detailed explanation and a verified demonstration for a process. Adapt the wording for the channel rather than repeating the same sales line.

4. Schedule across your audience

Choose initial posting times that cover the regions you serve. Treat those times as a starting hypothesis and compare actual responses before increasing frequency.

5. Record what happened

Keep the public post URL, publication date and any platform-provided clicks or enquiries. A scheduled post is not a published post, and a publication count is not an audience count.
