Privacy policy

1. Information we access and collect

• Google authorization: a one-time authorization code, the permissions granted, an access token and a refresh token. The code is exchanged for tokens; it is not an account password. The app also stores its client configuration, connection time and connection status.
• Search Console: the list of website properties accessible to the connected Google account and their permission levels, used to locate the supported newspaper property. Other properties are filtered out of the app's operational records and reports. For chungnam.ai.kr, the app uses the property URL, permission and sitemap submission or processing information.
• Site Verification: the requested website identifier, a public verification token and the API's verification result. The verification token is placed on the website so Google can check control of that website.
• Operation and security: administrator session and device identifiers, network address, browser information, authorization attempt time, security events and task results. These protect the administrator session and help diagnose failed connections.

The requested scopes are https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/siteverification.verify_only. The current automated workflow registers the newspaper and submits/checks its sitemap; it does not currently retrieve search query or impression reports. These scopes do not grant access to Gmail messages, Drive files or Calendar events. We do not collect your Google password.

2. Why and how we use the data

We use the data to connect the operator's Google account, find the newspaper's Search Console property, confirm or establish site verification, register that property, submit its sitemap, check task results, and diagnose authorization errors. The app's automatic site actions are restricted to chungnam.ai.kr. Its purpose is to help the operator manage the newspaper's search presence.

The refresh token lets the server obtain short-lived access tokens for these scheduled tasks without a new sign-in each time. It does not give unlimited access to the Google account. Google may require new consent after expiration, revocation or a security change.

Google API data is not sold, used for advertising or credit decisions, or supplied as training data to Bareum AI or other general-purpose AI/ML models. It is not used to build reader profiles. Bareum Adcom's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. Storage and protection

Authorization credentials are stored in a private server directory outside the public website, with restricted operating-system permissions. HTTPS protects browser and API connections. Administrator access uses password and Telegram verification, protected sessions and request checks. The application does not display stored refresh tokens or client secrets in public pages or routine reports. Short-lived access tokens used by the worker are held in process memory.

Connection metadata, website verification values and operational outcomes may be retained in the private workflow database and controlled backups. Verification tokens are intentionally public on the verified website. These controls reduce risk; no system can promise absolute security.

4. Sharing and access

We send the necessary authorization and website information to Google to carry out the requested API operations. The application is hosted on our VPS in South Korea and uses restricted operational backups. Authorized operators may inspect the data when administering the connection, investigating a failure or handling a deletion request.

Our Telegram reporting bot sends the operator a limited operational summary, such as the newspaper URL, connection status, sitemap submission status and an action required. These messages are processed by Telegram under its own policies. We do not put Google credentials or unrelated Search Console property lists in Telegram reports. No Google API data is made available to ordinary newspaper readers. We do not sell or transfer it for advertising. Disclosures may also be made when legally required.

5. Retention, revocation and deletion

We keep active connection credentials while the operator authorizes and uses the connection. Pending authorization requests are valid for 10 minutes. Operational records are retained for administration, troubleshooting and security for as long as those purposes remain necessary; applicable legal obligations can require longer retention.

You can revoke the app's Google access at any time in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically remove records already stored by the application.

To disconnect the stored connection or request access, correction or deletion, email pirstpark@naver.com with “banews data request”. Do not send passwords, client secrets or tokens. After verifying the requester, the operator removes current credentials and the associated data that no longer needs to be kept. Any retained security or legally required record, and any affected backup copy, is reviewed as part of that request; backups are access-restricted and are not used to restart a deleted connection. We explain any retention exception in the response.

6. Cookies and choices

The administrator uses necessary session/device cookies and a short-lived OAuth callback cookie to bind consent to the authorized session. This integration does not add advertising trackers. You may decline Google consent and still read the newspaper and public app information. Automated Google registration requires the requested permissions; it does not begin merely because you open this page.

7. Changes and contact

We publish changes here with an updated effective date. If the app's use of Google data changes materially, we also notify the operator in the application before that use begins and request any required new consent. Privacy requests: pirstpark@naver.com · Bareum Adcom (바름애드컴), South Korea.

banews 개인정보처리방침

시행일: 2026년 10월 20일. 운영자는 대한민국의 바름애드컴이며 문의 주소는 pirstpark@naver.com입니다. 이 방침은 banews 안내 페이지와 관리자 사무실의 Google 검색 연결에 적용합니다. 고객 주문·결제는 별도의 서비스 개인정보 안내를 따릅니다.

수집·접근하는 정보

일회용 승인 코드, 허용된 권한, 액세스 토큰·갱신 토큰, 앱 연결 설정·시각·상태를 처리합니다. Google 계정이 접근할 수 있는 Search Console 속성 URL과 권한 목록을 조회해 대상 신문을 찾고, 다른 속성은 운영 기록과 보고에서 제외합니다. chungnam.ai.kr의 사이트·사이트맵 제출 및 처리 정보, 소유권 확인용 공개 토큰·확인 결과를 사용합니다. 보안을 위해 관리자 세션·기기 식별자, 접속 IP·브라우저 정보, 인증 시각·보안 사건·작업 결과도 기록합니다.

권한은 webmasters와 siteverification.verify_only입니다. 현재 자동화는 신문 등록과 사이트맵 제출·확인을 수행하며 검색어·노출 통계는 아직 조회하지 않습니다. Gmail·Drive·Calendar 접근 권한과 Google 로그인 비밀번호를 요청하지 않습니다.

이용 목적과 제한

운영자 계정을 연결하고 신문 속성을 찾은 뒤 소유권 확인·사이트 등록·사이트맵 제출·결과 확인·연결 오류 진단에 사용합니다. 자동 사이트 작업은 chungnam.ai.kr로 제한합니다. 갱신 토큰으로 반복 로그인 없이 정해진 API 작업을 수행하지만 권한 만료·철회·보안 변경 시 재동의가 필요할 수 있습니다.

Google API 자료를 판매하거나 광고·신용 판단·독자 프로파일링에 사용하지 않으며 바름AI 등 범용 AI·머신러닝 모델의 학습 자료로 제공하지 않습니다. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책과 제한적 사용 요건을 준수합니다.

보관과 보호

연결 인증정보는 공개 웹 경로 밖의 비공개 서버 폴더에 제한된 파일 권한으로 보관합니다. HTTPS, 관리자 비밀번호·텔레그램 확인, 세션 보호 및 요청 검증을 적용하며 공개 페이지나 일반 보고에 토큰·비밀키를 표시하지 않습니다. 작업자의 단기 액세스 토큰은 실행 중 메모리에서 사용합니다. 연결 상태와 처리 결과는 비공개 운영 DB와 제한된 백업에 남을 수 있습니다. 소유권 확인 토큰은 확인을 위해 웹에 공개합니다. 절대적인 보안을 보장하지는 않습니다.

제공·열람 범위

승인 및 웹사이트 확인에 필요한 정보를 Google에 전송합니다. 대한민국 VPS와 제한된 운영 백업을 사용하며 권한 있는 운영자가 연결 관리·장애 조사·삭제 요청 처리에 필요한 정보를 열람할 수 있습니다. 텔레그램에는 대표에게 전달할 사이트 URL·연결 상태·사이트맵 처리 상태·조치 요청 정도의 요약을 보내며, Google 인증정보나 다른 사이트 목록은 보내지 않습니다. 텔레그램의 별도 정책이 적용됩니다. 일반 독자에게 Google API 데이터를 공개하지 않으며 법령에 따른 제공을 제외하고 광고용으로 판매·제공하지 않습니다.

보유 기간·철회·삭제

연결을 승인하고 사용하는 동안 인증정보를 보관합니다. 진행 중인 승인 요청은 10분간 유효합니다. 운영·오류 해결·보안에 필요한 기록은 그 목적이 필요한 기간과 법령상 보존 의무에 따라 보관합니다. Google 계정 연결 관리에서 언제든 접근을 철회할 수 있으며, 이후 API 접근은 중단되지만 이미 저장된 운영 기록이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다.

연결 해제, 열람·정정·삭제는 pirstpark@naver.com으로 ‘banews 데이터 요청’이라는 제목으로 연락해 주세요. 비밀번호·비밀키·토큰은 보내지 마세요. 요청자 확인 후 현재 인증정보와 더 이상 보유할 필요가 없는 관련 자료를 삭제합니다. 보안·법령상 기록과 관련 백업은 요청 처리 과정에서 검토하고 보유 예외가 있으면 회신합니다. 백업은 접근을 제한하며 삭제된 연결을 재개하는 데 사용하지 않습니다.

쿠키와 변경 안내

관리자 세션·기기 확인과 OAuth 콜백 연결에 필요한 쿠키를 사용하며 이 연동으로 광고 추적기를 추가하지 않습니다. 동의를 거부해도 신문과 공개 안내를 볼 수 있습니다. 중요한 Google 데이터 이용 변경은 이 방침과 관리자 화면에 안내하고 필요한 경우 새 동의를 받습니다.
